WiPP Mastermind Group and Book Club: The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth

Join fellow WiPP members for an engaging mastermind experience based on John C. Maxwell's bestselling book, The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth. Together, we'll explore practical principles for personal and professional growth while learning from one another's experiences and perspectives. 

Each 1-hour session, every 2 weeks, will focus on one of the 15 chapters/laws through guided discussion, reflection, and real-world application.

Whether you're an emerging leader or a seasoned professional, you'll gain insights, accountability, and encouragement to intentionally invest in your own growth, as well as support the growth of others along the way.

  1. Peer accountability and networking with women across the plumbing and piping industry

Any WiPP member who is committed to becoming a stronger leader, expanding their influence, and growing both personally and professionally. No prior leadership experience is required - just a willingness to learn, share, and grow together.
